What is Kopithoughts?
Kopithoughts is a collection of summaries, learnings and thoughts from books, articles and videos that influenced my life. Best enjoyed with a cup of kopi in the morning, we aim to provide actionable and insightful content in the form of short articles that will serve as food for thought or apply to your lives.
Who am I?
Hello there! My name is Terry, and I’m the founder of Kopithoughts. Thanks from stopping by!
By day, I work as a program manager in a super slick office in Singapore. By night, I spend my time reading books and watching videos on personal development, business, entrepreneurship and investing. Occasionally, I hang out with my friends over coffee to catch up about life, discuss potential business ideas or and share my latest takeaways from my daily reads. I enjoy chilling with a nice glass of G&T (Hendricks is my all-time fav!), and I’m currently honing my skills at making the perfect medium-rare steak.
I started Kopithoughts because of my passion for reading, learning and personal growth. My mission is simple: to learn and grow with a community of individuals that appreciate alternative perspectives. We also believe that the world can be a better place with more listening and less talking. By sharing what I’ve learnt about the books I’ve read, I hope that I will be able to inspire you and bring you one step closer to your goals.
I intend to keep Kopithoughts running for as long as I am reading or watching great books, articles or videos. For a list of all the amazing books that I’ve read so far, do check out my Bookshelf in the menu above!
